Be sure to include your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear HD photographs if the concern involves an animal. A knowledgeable staff member with relevant experience will reach out to you within one business day to assist in resolving any issues.
We guarantee to provide a healthy live animal on arrival. If there is any issue with any of the animals you receive please contact us immediately within two days of receiving the order at kingsmanexoticreptiles@gmail.com other wise you are subject to voiding our guarantee.
If your local temperature is between 35 and 90 degrees then we can guarantee live arrival for your animals straight to your requested shipping address. If your temperature is 26-35 or 90-99 degrees then we can guarantee live arrival if you opt to have the box held and picked up at a local Fedex hub. If the temperatures are higher than 99 degrees or lower than 26 degrees we can still ship but we cannot guarantee live arrival. We are experts at packing our animals to survive many extreme temperatures and have shipped animals to freezing temperatures in the past with no issues. We use insulated boxes with either heat, cryo, or ice packs depending on the temperatures.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment on the evening of your ship date. This tracking number will be sent via email between 1PM and 5pm (EST) on your shipping date. You will be able to track your shipment by clicking on the link provided to you in your email.
